Best Self-Help Advice
My self-help recommendation is to ask for help when you need it and be open-minded about it when you do. Someone else’s perspective could change your outlook on a situation to improve it.
#1 Self-Care Habit
My number one self-care habit is taking time for myself at least 30 minutes a day doing something that I want to do. It helps me stay balanced.
