Jack is a life coach.  He is an extraordinary listener and encourager.  Jack’s coaching is strengths based, pragmatic, forward looking and very collaborative.  His focus is on helping clients become the best versions of themselves by identifying, strengthening, and supporting behaviors that will help them clarify and achieve their goals. 

Having been a family law attorney in a previous life, Jack specializes in supporting and encouraging individuals through the divorce process.  His deep understanding of the emotions and challenges of divorce allow him to provide emotional clarity and support, significantly reduce free-floating anxiety and suffering, and provide strength and hope through a very difficult time.

Jack also helps clients with various goals, issues and/or struggles related to their personal life or profession, using various tools such as value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operation in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action.   

Jack is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Puget Sound School of Law.
