Stephanie White is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with young adults, couples, and families navigating periods of transition and crisis. She is known for her calm, steady presence and her ability to help people feel heard, understood, and emotionally safe.
Stephanie has experience working with trauma, addiction, and severe mental health diagnoses. She supports individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and acute life disruptions. Her work with couples focuses on improving communication, restoring emotional safety, and helping partners better understand one another during difficult seasons.
Stephanie approaches therapy as a collaborative and integrative process. She believes her role is to foster open dialogue, increase self-awareness, and support meaningful, sustainable change. In sessions, her goal is for all affected parties to feel respected, validated, and engaged in the work.
Stephanie earned her PhD in Clinical Counseling. Her doctoral research examined the effects of mindfulness on depression, self-forgiveness, and stages of change among individuals in recovery.
